Kate, This is a good base, but you need to add another level of analysis: list some positive aspects of the site (= some charcteristics that you want the keep or enhance)along with the obstacles the way you see it. Go back to your original thoughts and impressions. Even better would be to show your analysis as overlays on your photos.
So far you have shown the "bare" facts - the next step is to include your your reading of the site. A good way into your topic might be to show that currently the site is neither energetic nor interactive.
Ideally your project "grows out" the analysis. Do some reverse engineering to accomplish this.
Kate, Your boards definitely have punch and overall read very well. Heads up, your building sections on your program board are labeled as "Building Wection". The color scheme for the project seems to be important. Perhaps you might want to look into color theory to give the color choices for each program extra strength.
